3. Artist applications and guest mix submissions

By submitting to the roster and/or guest mix flow, you represent that you have rights to all submitted material and links.

• You grant us permission to review, feature, and reference submitted profiles and mixes
• Acceptance is discretionary and not guaranteed
• We may remove, unpublish, or reject submissions that violate policy or quality standards
• You remain responsible for legal compliance of your uploaded or linked content

4. Content ownership and licenses

Site content, branding, interfaces, and software are owned by Scott Evans DJ/KrateLab or licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party platforms such as Mixcloud and SoundCloud operate under their own terms and policies.

5. AI and analytical features

AI and analysis outputs are provided as assistive tools and may contain errors, approximations, or incomplete conclusions.

• You are responsible for decisions and outcomes based on tool usage
• We may change, suspend, or remove features without prior notice

6. Paid services and billing

If you purchase paid services:

• Pricing is shown in EUR unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Billing cadence and limits are defined in your active plan
• Failed payment may suspend access until resolved
• Refunds are handled according to stated plan/payment terms and applicable law

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scott Evans DJ/KrateLab is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of revenue/data arising from service use.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is abuse, policy violation, legal risk, payment failure, or security threat. You may stop using the services at any time.
